Philodendron Hederaceum variegated, also known as heartleaf variegated or variegated heartleaf. These plants can look amazing either trailing or winding up a trellis or pole and are also quite fast growers, in my experience. While this is not the far more expensive albo version, there is perfect variegation on this little plant. Grown from a cutting. Currently growing in a 3-inch pot. This plant will ship in its current pot and substrate.
